About TVET CDACC

As a TVET CDACC-accredited institution, we provide competency-based education that equips graduates with practical peacebuilding skills recognized by employers and regulatory bodies throughout Kenya and the East African Community.

Competency-Based Assessment & Certification

CDACC accreditation requires competency-based assessment. Our programs evaluate learner competencies through practical demonstrations, workplace assessments, and portfolio evidence—not just theory exams.

  • Practical Skills Focus: Emphasis on hands-on conflict resolution, mediation, and peacebuilding techniques
  • Employer Recognition: Certificates valued by NGOs, government agencies, and peace organizations in Kenya
  • Career Pathways: Direct progression from Level 4 → Level 5 → Level 6 → Level 7
  • Continuous Improvement: Regular review by CDACC ensures curricula remain current with industry needs

East African & Pan-African Recognition

CDACC accreditation is recognized across the East African Community (Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, South Sudan). Our graduates' qualifications enable mobility and career advancement throughout East Africa and increasingly across the African continent under the African Qualifications Framework (AQF).

Competency-based credentials are especially valued in peace and conflict resolution roles across NGOs and international development organizations operating throughout the region.
